Dr. Chris Fox

Dr. Chris Fox was a standout football player at Poland High School and earned three varsity letters during his career. He began receiving postseason honors in 1991. In 1992, he was selected to the Second Team MVUC Defense, First Team Northeast Ohio (NEO) as a Defensive Back, and received All-State Honorable Mention recognition.

As a senior, Chris earned even greater honors, being named First Team All-MVUC, First Team All-NEO, and First Team All-State. He was also the recipient of the prestigious Dave Pavlansky Scholarship Award.

Following his athletic career, Chris attended Kent State University, where he earned a degree in Zoology/Pre-Med. He then graduated from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in 2003. He completed both his medical residency and fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland in 2008, establishing a successful career as a physician.
