Matt Feschak '96

Matt Feschak, Class of 1996, was a three-year football letter winner for the Poland Bulldogs, excelling as both a linebacker and fullback. During his outstanding high school career, he earned numerous honors, including First Team Quad County (1995), First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Northeast Ohio (All-NEO), and selection to the prestigious Big 33 Game. Matt helped lead the Bulldogs to league championships from 1993–1995, was named the team's Most Valuable Player in 1995, and earned Player of the Week honors multiple times.

In addition to football, Matt was an accomplished powerlifter, winning the KO Drugs High School 215-pound Championship and finishing runner-up at the State Powerlifting Championship as a junior.

Following his high school career, Matt accepted a full football scholarship to the University of Connecticut, where he played fullback for the Huskies. During his collegiate career, he became a three-year starter and three-year letter winner, continuing his success at the Division I level.
